#THE OLD REPUBLIC WON T LAUNCH PATCH#
But then again, the Launcher will download the patch again. I've try to run from the Launcher inside the directory but still no luck unless i verify or uninstall, that wont run. I've been downloading this massive patch like 3 times now everytime i want to play But as you may know, the repair in launcher is wont work because it needs to download the patch again. If it's an issue with Steam, you would want to close Steam, give it a few minutes, and End Task all Steam processes as well.Īnd i cant use the Launcher's repair because the launcher itself isnt running like i said when i click play from Steam, it only goes to "Stop X" for a second and then back to Green Play Button.Īnd the only thing i can make the Launcher running is by Verifying via Steam or Reinstall the game. If game won't over, End Task all of them. When I play I have two processes, one "Apps" and one "Background Process." Maybe background process is still running even though the app is closed. You might also check Task Manager for remnants of SWTOR. If you want to check the files, use the launcher's Repair option in its Settings.

Try using restart option the next time this happens to see if it fixes.
